New Gurugram — the zone encompassing Golf Course Extension Road (GCE), Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), and Sectors 58–76 — is the most actively developing premium residential corridor in north India. Connectivity
- Golf Course Extension Road: Direct connectivity to Golf Course Road, Sohna Road and NH-48. Peak hour traffic is significant but manageable with SPR's multiple ORR access points.
- Rapid Metro / Gurugram Metro: The Rapid Metro connects Cyber City to Sector 55–56 (Golf Course Road). Extension to Sectors 65–76 is proposed but not confirmed for near-term delivery.
- IGI Airport: 35–45 min via NH-48 (less via Dwarka Expressway from southern sectors). Better airport access than Noida, on par with Dwarka Expressway.
