No. Entry is complimentary for UAE residents and their families across both days. Registering in advance simply means your consultation slot is held and the price list reaches you before you walk in.
Yes. Utsav-only pre-launch allocations, pricing and payment structures are confirmed on site during the two days. Bookings can be made with a nominal amount, and the balance follows the agreed payment plan.
For an indicative home-loan assessment: passport and visa copy, Emirates ID, recent salary certificate or pay slips, and six months of bank statements. Nothing is mandatory to attend — carry them only if you want eligibility worked out on the day.
Yes. NRI purchases are routinely completed through a Power of Attorney, and our teams handle registration, documentation and construction updates remotely. Advisors at the event will walk you through the exact process for your chosen state.
Indian banks and housing finance partners assess NRI eligibility on your Gulf income and allow repayment from your NRE or NRO account. Partners present at the Utsav will give indicative eligibility, rates and the paperwork list in person.
Advisors will cover TDS on NRI transactions, capital gains treatment, and the current limits and process for repatriating rental income or sale proceeds back to the Gulf — with no obligation to buy anything.
